Order & Rental Processing Time

To ensure every custom order is prepared with exact precision, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to manually process your digital registration, verify required waivers, and build your physical game kit before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all of our physical game kits via standard domestic carriers straight to your doorstep. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines begin once the carrier accepts and scans the package at the post office.

Geographic Restrictions

We strictly provide shipping services within the United States. We do not support international shipping, and checkout will be automatically blocked for addresses outside of domestic delivery zones.

Two-Way Rental Shipping & Returns "Race for the Bloom" is a premium game rental experience. Your package will arrive with everything you need to play, alongside a prepaid return shipping label and designated return packaging materials.

Following the completion of your game, you are responsible for repackaging all required, non-consumable protected game components into the provided return materials and ensuring they are postmarked within the timelines established in your Game Participation Agreement. Responsibility for the returned materials remains with the participant until the package is accepted and scanned by our designated shipping carrier.
